Site Surveys

Telaid recommends conducting site surveys as part of any new technology deployment initiative. We can provide a complete inventory of existing store systems or survey sites to prepare for the deployment of new technology. All of this information, along with digital pictures, is posted to our client web portal for our project team and clients to review.

Project Management

Telaid has invested heavily in our project management department and has many PMP certified project managers on staff. We utilize best practices and proven methodologies in every client engagement.

Equipment Staging & Configuration

Telaid operates redundant staging centers in Norcross, GA and Old Lyme, CT to provide full support for Telaid or client-provided hardware. These facilities are key to removing time, cost and risk in the field, as they allow us to provide top quality support for our clients' enterprise standards.

Network Cabling

Telaid has ten RCDD certified professionals on staff along with a national team of BICSI certified technicians. We have relationships will all major structured cabling manufacturers and distribution partners, allowing us to effectively support nationwide multi-site client projects.

Electrical

Telaid supports electrical requirements for multi-site deployments by building electricians into our project rollout teams. This service is part of our on-going commitment to serving as a single vendor solution for our clients.

Wireless

Telaid has the expertise to perform wireless site surveys and a proven ability to successfully deploy wireless solutions. We have Certified Wireless Network Administrators on staff.

VOIP

Telaid can furnish, stage, configure, and install your VOIP systems or provide the Smart Hands and Rack & Stack in the field to support client provided configuration.

Kiosks

Telaid is your single vendor solution for kiosk deployments that involve kiosk construction, system configuration, network cabling, and electrical.

Digital Signage

Paging/Speech Privacy
