Telaid's Technology Deployment Methodology enables us to deliver consistent, predictable, and successful outcomes for our clients on each and every project by combining the right people with a proven process. Our approach, which incorporates the Project Management Institute's proven methodology, allows us to match project requirements with individuals who have the experience, training, and skills to achieve all the objectives for your initiative. The major components of Telaid's methodology include:

Project Planning – Key elements of this phase include developing project objectives and the scope of work. These elements are supported by a full project plan that provides a detailed approach for every aspect of your initiative, from budgeting and scheduling to quality management and change control.
Execution – During the execution phase, Telaid finalizes the project team and secures all the resources and material needed to complete your initiative on time and on budget. Staging and configuration processes are started and field service teams are dispatched.
Production – The production phase involves managing, monitoring, and controlling the various elements of your initiative. We provide real-time status reports through our web portal and closely track scheduling, quality control, risk management, and the project scope.
Project Closeout – In this final phase, Telaid ensures that all deliverables have been provided and project objectives have been met. A final report is produced documenting the project and lessons learned.
For customers that require follow-up services such as warranty repair, break/fix requests and moves/adds/changes, Telaid transitions the project to our service management team, which will develop a plan for on-going support.
Telaid delivers the highest quality deployments through our Zero Defect Model. Find out more >
