Certified Service Professionals

Telaid's Certified Service Professionals (CSPs) complement its direct workforce and allow for rapid scaling of client projects and support. Located across North America, CSPs provide Telaid with a strong network of partners skilled in multi-vendor technology integration, as well as in the diagnosis and resolution of service issues. The CSP designation is awarded only to those partners who are dedicated to providing the highest quality support solutions and world-class customer service on every call. Telaid employs a stringent partner pre-qualification process, and candidates are screened across multiple categories to ensure that they deliver the highest quality of work.

CSPs are continuously evaluated and rated on a number of criteria, from quality of work performed and timely resolution of issues to overall customer satisfaction. Our Certified Partners must maintain a high overall customer satisfaction level to remain in the program. Clients can be assured that any professional deployed to perform onsite installation or support is fully qualified, has passed rigorous screening procedures, and possesses the required certifications.
