1981
Telaid is founded as a local telephony entity to support the specialized voice requirements of the nation’s leading stock brokerage firms. This was the start of unparalleled deployment service for mission-critical business needs.
1993
Telaid becomes the largest supplier of Hoot ‘n’ Holler equipment and services in North America. It serves all of the Top 10 Financial firms in the US.
1998
Telaid forms a structured cabling division to offer a full suite of cabling solutions to best serve clients’ needs.
1999
Telaid forms an Audio/Video division based out of Niantic, CT, further expanding solution offerings to clients.
2001
Telaid diversifies into retail and other verticals with multi-site deployment services.
2002
Telaid starts performing work for the world’s largest retailer, who is still a customer today.
2003
Telaid moves into the physical security space, implementing CCTV for a multi-site client with more than 2,000 locations nationwide.
2006
Telaid begins offering wireless design and deployment, launching with a successful chain-wide deployment for a major home improvement retailer.
2016
Telaid continues its legacy of innovation and service with an expanding customer base, a new leadership team, and cutting-edge resources that meet the ever-changing needs of clients.
2021
Telaid celebrates 40 years in business and continues its legacy of growth and service with the opening of a new and expanded state-of-the-art Technology Solution Center in Norcross, GA.
