Telaid Set to Acquire Technology Deployment Company (TDC) at Year’s End

Combined entity to amplify capabilities, services offerings
Telaid, a leading technology integrator specializing in enterprise deployments and technology lifecycle solutions, announced today that it has a definitive agreement to acquire Technology Deployment Company (TDC) at year’s end. Based in Oklahoma, TDC is a technology integrator serving clients in quick serve restaurant (QSR), retail and education. The combined entity will encompass an even more diverse talent pool with extensive technical expertise as well as extended managed services for mission-critical technologies.
