Reynaldo Rodriguez promoted to COO to support Telaid’s continued growth

Telaid is pleased to announce the promotion of Reynaldo Rodriguez to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Telaid. Reynaldo has worked with Telaid for 15 years, rising from the ranks based on his outstanding performance and commitment to the company’s mission and values.
Over his career at Telaid, Reynaldo had served as Director of the Project Management Organization, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Field Services, and SVP of Customer Success, where he grew the company’s operational team, increased customer satisfaction and retention, and was instrumental in building greater collaboration among teams.
“With a keen understanding of Telaid’s business and service delivery, Reynaldo will spearhead efforts to achieve greater operational efficiency to accommodate Telaid’s aggressive growth goals, ensure optimal customer experience, and harmonize the collaboration of teams across Telaid.
