Telaid announces leadership team expansion to support continued growth

In support of continued revenue growth, Telaid is pleased to announce an addition of the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) to the executive leadership team. Effective on July 1, 2024, Scot LeVan will join Telaid as CIO. With a 30-year track record of successfully guiding companies’ efforts to advance their IT infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity, enable scalability and streamline service delivery, Scot brings a wealth of technology experience that is critical to Telaid’s ability to scale technology infrastructure to support continued growth. Among other initiatives, Scot will advance Telaid’s strategic use of the ServiceNow platform for internal operations as well as custom integrations with customers to streamline workflows and enhance visibility. His extensive experience with workflow automation tools will help drive Telaid forward.
