Telaid, a leading technology integrator specializing in multi-site deployments today announced it has been selected as an authorized distributor in North America for Cleveron. Estonian-based Cleveron is an innovative leader in parcel lockers and robots that streamline omnichannel initiatives and offer a seamless customer experience. This partnership enables retailers, grocers and other commercial enterprises to quickly advance their contactless customer service experience with deployment and ongoing support provided by Telaid.
The innovative Cleveron 501 solution features refrigerated and freezer climate zones to ensure food is stored at proper temperatures for safety and freshness. Telaid handled deployment of the first Cleveron 501 solution for a grocer in North America and several more are planned. With more than half (52%) of consumers purchasing groceries online according to a study from Coresite, retailers are prioritizing technologies that can help them deliver greater convenience to busy consumers. Other Cleveron solutions are designed to facilitate supply chain logistics and deliver alternatives to traditional parcel pick-up locations.
